Welcome to MyQuestory. By downloading, installing, or using the MyQuestory mobile application ("App") or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Description of Service

MyQuestory is a gamified habit tracking and goal-setting application that allows users to track daily habits, set personal goals, manage to-do lists, journal their progress, earn points, and unlock badges. The App is available on iOS and Android platforms.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other user accounts, or our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the App without our written permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of Apple or Google, as applicable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and the overall design, are the exclusive property of MyQuestory and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (goals, habits, journal entries, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service. We will not share your personal content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. MyQuestory is not a medical, health, or professional advice service. Any goals, habits, or activities you track are your own responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyQuestory and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or by sending you a notification. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
